contact celium
If you have questions about classes, the workshop, or registration, please email Cal at calteaches@celiumlit.net. Note that while I make every effort to respond to student questions within 48 hours, I prioritize communication from current students.
Please don’t try to reach me here about my books, commissions, collaborations, or other personal matters.
For that, head to calangus.com.
celium does not have a newsletter, but it does have a biannual course catalog released roughly every July and November for the following season of classes. To receive a physical copy of the course catalog when it’s released, fill out this encrypted form (within the US only).
waitlists & scholarships
Most celium classes don’t have a cap. the celium workshop caps at 10 people, and it will be listed as ‘SOLD OUT’ in the shop if this happens. If a class is full and you’d like to be added to a waitlist, email me. If finances are an obstacle to your participation in a class or workshop, email me. I can offer one free spot per class and workshop; if the spot is taken by the time you write me, payment plans and in-kind trades are also an option. So far, this process has worked and allowed everyone who’s asked to receive a free spot.
Don’t be shy. Email me at calteaches@celiumlit.net.
colleagues
Nobody teaches in a vacuum. Just because I don’t work for a university doesn’t mean I don’t have colleagues. If you’re not finding a celium offering that fits your schedule or interests, or if you simply want to expand your mind & world further, then I recommend checking out the below links.
This is a list of classes, people, and organizations with whom I have extensive personal experience, either taking classes, teaching classes, or otherwise collaborating with. I personally vouch for this list, and often recommend them to my students. As such, please do not ask to be on this list. This list represents many years of careful relationship building, and is not for sale.
